A simple method for making a fresh brewed cup of coffee in the wilderness. We used to be able to buy commercial versions of the coffee bag in Ontario a few years ago. They are no longer available. We have tried to use "single cup coffee filters" to brew coffee in the wild. They work but it is a lengthy process that results in a luck warm cup of coffee. We are ignoring the directions again and doing a little re-engineering. The end result is exactly what we want on the trail: simple and easy.
